Before submitting a receipe:

• please look through the existing ones to check if we already have it
• the receipe must be vegetarian or vegan (indicate if vegan)
• state the number of servings
• be precise about the quantities (don't say "some stock or a few tomatoes" etc)
• If there is an unusual ingredient, please explain it and if possible suggest an alternative
• email to Geoff, preferably as a 'Word' document attachment
