Chocolate Cream Pie
Serves 8+(very rich!)

Ingredients

Method

  1. Mix together the biscuits and melted margarine and use to line a 20.5cm/8in flan tin/dish.
  2. In a heavy based saucepan, melt together the chocolate and cream over a low heat until smooth.
  3. Blend together the to alcohol and sugar until smooth, then add to the chocolate mixture and mix thoroughly.
  4. Spoon into prepared case and chill for 3 hours or overnight.
