This whizzie can be used as a sandwich spread or as a dip with vegetable sticks. It will keep for two to three days in the fridge.
- 175g chick peas
- 175g vegan pesto (or make yourself omitting the parmisan, or use a vegetarian-style parmisan)
- freshly ground pepper
- lemon juice
- Combine all the ingredients thoroughly in a blender and blend until smooth adding the lemon juice to reduce the thickness.
